1st Line Helpdesk Analyst
Our client, a leading provider of EPOS software and systems, require a number of 1st Line Helpdesk Support Analysts to join their busy and expanding team based in their head office in Guildford.
Reporting into the Helpdesk Supervisor you will be responsible for providing quality customer service to their clients, responding promptly to calls and quickly resolving issues, providing their customers with technical expertise and superior customer care.
Ideally candidates will possess some form of qualification within IT, either MCP’s, MCSE, CompTia A+ accreditation, HND or degree in Computer Studies or equivalent and preferably some commercial experience of working within an IT helpdesk or customer support capacity although not essential as full training will be provided.
Previous work experience in a customer service role would be highly beneficial as excellent communications skills are required, both written and verbal. The successful candidate will have an enthusiastic and helpful attitude, a confident personality and a passion for delivering first class customer support.
This position will require individuals to work on a rotating shift basis covering 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Sunday including bank holidays between the hours of 7am and 1.45am and is paying a salary in the region of £17,000 - £18,000 + benefits.
