This is a double room with built in wardrobe. There is plenty of room in the house, with a large kitchen diner and lounge, a huge garden and no parking problems. The house is located in slyfield only 2 miles from the town centre.
I have lived here for nearly 3 years and it is quiet and friendly,. There is everything you need, micro, washer dryer, broadband, sky plus etc.
I am looking for a short term let ideally, but would consider extending this for the right person 3-6 months. I would also consider a reduced rate for week days only.
YOU MUST LIKE CATS! I have 3, they are very friendly and it is there home as well.
