I currently have a single bedroom available in my 3 bedroom house in camberley. The house is walking distance to the town and train station and also has great access to M3 and the local business parks.

The bedroom is quite a spacious single room, with bed, bedside table, chest of drawers and built in wardrobe. The house has all mod cons, inlcuding wireless internet and sky tv.

I currently live with my fiance and we have another male lodger. I am looking to rent the room out for 3 - 6 months, and if possible am looking for a professional who only requires the room during the week.

The rent is £300pcm which includes all bills, wireless internet and sky tv.

I am a very clean and tidy person, taking pride in my house, so am looking for someone who is clean and tidy and who does not smoke.
