We are looking for an experienced live-in bar manager for a food-led village pub south of Guildford.

Following a major refurbishment in summer 2008 we have turned around a once failing business and are looking for our next step in growing our business. We are therefore looking for a live-in assistant bar manager to start as soon as possible.

Duties will include assisting in the managing of orders and deliveries, working for 5 days per week and opening up and closing down the pub when required. In return you will have a competitive salary, free food and accomodation and two days off per week.

Experienced is preferred plus the ability to work legally in the UK. Please include an up to date CV with your application. The pub is in a rural area so having your own transport would be preferable, though not necessary.
