"Flowers, because..." is the little flower & gift shop with a big welcome.

We deliver flowers, pot plants, gifts and balloons (bunched or in a box), free of charge and at short notice. Telephone orders welcome.

In addition to being florists, we are also qualified gardeners, so our pot plants aren't just a commodity, but are loved and nutured - with many home grown. Certainly the choice varies every day, with our customers commenting on the fabulous quality.

Our cut flowers are purchased every day or at the most every other day and as they are flown in straight from the Dutch auctions to our wholesaler (next to Heathrow) each morning, you can be guaranteed that unlike supermarket flowers they haven't been hanging around!

Deliveries:

Bouquets and posies to suit all budgets can be delivered. We can also add a container, such as a cream enamel jug or glass vase - just let us know at the time of ordering.

As for where we cover free of charge, our 'local' deliveries include Isleworth, Whitton, Twickenham, Richmond, Teddington, Hounslow and most of Surrey - particularly Guildford - as we're a mix of Whitton and Guildford residents.


Weddings:

We're aghast at the some of the prices brides-to-be are quoted. At "Flowers, because..." we talk to you about what you want first and then your budget as we believe every girl should have her day... If you'd like to see our work please ask. We can make just your bouquet or decorate the whole venue (or anything in-between), all at sensible prices. And did we mention we do balloons!


Funerals:

Sadly the only certainty in life. Our wreaths can be made using Oasis frames or hand-tied. We deliver to all local funeral arrangers. Short notice arrangements aren't a problem.


Contracts & Mobile Shopping:

We can supply fresh flowers to businesses and homes every few days / week / fortnight whichever you prefer.

For people who aren't able to get out much or who are too busy we also offer a mobile shop. We can either bring a regular arrangement or a selection for you to choose. We can also bring a range of gifts from which you can choose. Alternatively, drop your vases off here for us to fill and collect them later.

We are stockists of the gorgeous, organic Balm Balm, the laugh-out-loud Peartree Heybridge, funky ECP, the innovative FeedABox as well as many, many others...We also have a range of Rachel Goodchild cards & wrapping paper and the Linda Walker range of hand-made cards.

Christmas is now in double-figures away and in the next week or two, we'll be displaying our winter wonderland cornucopia.

Gifts can be delivered if you'd rather not send flowers or balloons (or all three of course...)

All the cards above can be telelphoned through too.

In addition, cardholders of the Lealta benefits card will receive 10% off flower purchases and 20% off gifts but only on production of the card at time of payment, though as Lealta cards can't be verified over the phone, the Lealta cardholder will need to be here in person.
