Cat castle scratching post cat house £40

I built this cat castle for my cats about 2 months ago. As you will see, it is designed to look like a castle, complete with scratching post turrets. It is made from good quality ply-wood and covered in durable matting and sisal rope to allow the cats to rub and scratch against it. It is built in a triangle shape to allow it to be tucked away into a corner somewhere. The back two sides are therefore unpainted, as they will not be visible once it has been placed in a corner.

I built this because I thought that the scratching posts available in the shops were either too expensive or not interesting enough.

I am no master carpenter, but I consider this to be a well built cat house. It is certainly sturdy enough for cats to climb up and down the sides and jump all over the top. In my view this should last longer than most cat houses you can buy from the shops at this price. However, I must stress that it is home made.

I am looking for £40 for this, which is about what it cost me in materials. I am selling because it is probably a bit too big for my flat.
