We were let down by our agency on the day that the we were due to pick up the keys.

We are both in full-time employment, are very neat and tidy and really, REALLY need a place of our own. Everything we own is still in boxes after we were badly let down by the letting agency.

We need a min 1-bed place, preferably ground floor with a garden and away from any main roads as we have 2 lovely, fully housetrained cats. We will also need at least 1 parking space as we have a car.

We will need all white goods, but have our own furniture so unfurnished would be better.

We can pay up to £700 pcm and would prefer at least coucil tax, water and gas/electric inclusive.

We can move now and can supply references if needed. We also understand that a slightly larger deposit may be required due to having the cats.

So please, if you can help, get in touch! And I don't want anymore hoax emails saying that you have the perfect flat but want the deposit up front in a Western Union account - it ain't gonna happen!
