The key purpose of this role is to be responsible for the design of the IN Operations infrastructure. Interface with the CTO as a primary member of the team representing operations as architect to, design, build and engineer technology solutions around new business requirements to improve efficiency, customer experience and quality. The operations architect owns the design, defining future strategies and solutions to meet business needs.
You will have:
4-5 years relevant experience in Network Operation and Maintenance, with a minimum of 2 years experience of design and solution delivery.
Good knowledge of mobile networks, in particular core elements, HLR, IN, SMS
Analytical mind with good problem solving skills and able to work independently
Good communications and documentation skills.
Flexible and adaptable outlook, self-starter.
Detailed understanding of Solutions Architecture.
Excellent understanding of ITIL and/or ETOM frameworks.
Experience of defining and managing the design of e2e services.
Forward looking approach and able to define strategy to deliver.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Designing complex e2e solutions.
Service delivery and service assurance experience.
Defined and delivered operational support services.
Project management experience.
Strong in building relationships and able to communicate at all levels.
Culturally adaptable and flexible.
Ability to assimilate quickly and act decisively.
