The flat is well suited for two people to share. I would be using the en-suite so the tennant would have sole use of the family bathroom. The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the flat and are separated by the open plan lounge/dining room/kitchen. There is laso a balcony for smokers.

The available room has a good quality double bed a bed side table and a wardrobe. The room is available for sole occupancy to a fellow proff.

It is located just round the corner from West Byfleet station.
