Experience will include:

Candidates will be business focussed (not IT) and have a background within either Management Consulting, Project Management, Change Management, Business Analysis, Business Process Engineering. Candidates MUST have experience within local government and within this, either Highways or Environment (green initiatives). This is a key factor.
