We are offering all the support and infrastructure neccessary for an ambitous individual to set up their very own recruitment business from the comfort and security of our rural premises in Mayford Green, in between Woking and Guildford.

We will supply:

PC, telephone, database, broadband, website, desk etc.
Access to at least 4 leading job-boards for posting and CV searching
Advertising to generate regular leads from clients looking for staff in your field.
Plenty of space for interviewing your candidates
Advice and assistance from someone with 10 years recruitment experience including 5 years as a recruitment business owner.
Holiday cover to look after your candidates and clients when you are away.

You will operate and invoice through our company - no need to set up your own company and worry about VAT returns / end of year accounts etc.

You will have a proper business address, 0845 number, professional website and best of all you won't be sat on your own at home, you'll have someone who has been there and done it sat opposite you offering help and support every step of the way, and other people also starting up on their own too.

What's in it for us?

In return for use of our premises, job boards and the ongoing advice and support etc, we charge a management fee based on a % of your billing, this works on a sliding scale so the more you bill per month the smaller our slice becomes, for example 40% of the first £5,000 and then 20% up to £10,000 and 0% thereafter (negotiable). On the other hand if you have a bad month and don't bill anything then you owe us nothing. We are here to help you succeed so we only benefit when you are earning, unlike setting up on your own where your costs are constant regardless of whether you are billing or not.
