Banqueting Chef urgently needed for a 4-Star Boutique Hotel with 2-Rosettes in Richmond, SW London.


The Job

• Set overlooking the Thames in Richmond’s trendy district - this exciting opportunity offers a refreshing change of scenery for a Banqueting Chef needing to breathe new life into their career.

• You will be in charge of all the banqueting and private dining aspects of the hotel food operation.

• Serving an all fresh modern European menu – you will lead a brigade very much team orientated, where everyone works as one unit.

The Chef

• You must be passionate, enthusiastic and hard-working with a stable and reliable background. Had experience in fine food kitchens working at volume - preferably in corporate hotels with at least 1-Rosette.

• You should be passionate about fresh ingredients. Have a good eye for detail. And show flair in presenting dishes. You’ll be hungry to learn and develop your career.

• You should be well-organized and capable of leading and motivating a strong team.
