We formed in 2005 under our original name of Farncombe FC before being known as Godalming United FC.

On the 6th July we agreed a lease with Puttenham Council to play at School Lane and became known as Puttenham United FC, the first Puttenham side in 25 years.

We originally formed with the dream and plan to go from the lowest possible Saturday division (Guildford & Woking Alliance Div 4) to playing in the FA Cup Qualifying Rounds (Combined Counties Prem) in only 12 seasons. 4 seasons in and we are just one promotion behind the original plan having finished third in Division One.

2009/10 will be our best season yet, we have a setlled squad in place and I am looking to add one or two good players to freshen things up.
