The Music Alchemist, Kids Rock and Teen Rock are two Saturday singing performance groups based in Guildford, Surrey. Kids Rock is aimed for 7 - 11 year olds and Teen Rock is for age 12 -16.

Kids Rock and Teen Rock are contemporary singing classes, specifically created for children who want to get involved and have fun with music. They learn modern day hit songs and simple dance routines that are shown off in the end of term Showcase where friends and family are invited to watch.

Kids and Teens spend time each week singing as a vocal harmony group. Singing new and exciting re-arrangements of “popular” songs of today. They are shown techniques and exercises that help to refine their vocal ability, working on the tone of their voice, their range, and their confidence. And each week they are taught simple dance routines, to compliment vocal performances.

At Kids Rock and Teen Rock children and teens are encouraged to show there individuality and creativity, with time spent every week dedicated to them getting in groups, choosing there own song, sharing out the singing parts, creating a dance routine and performing it.


Kids Rock and Teen Rock offers a non judgmental, safe and relaxing environment for 7 - 16 year olds to let go and enjoy them selves, showing their originality and making new friends who all love to sing and perform.
