A downstairs double room, unfurnished. Available from Nov 1st. No deposit needed, just first months rent upfront. bills and council tax not included, would prefer proffesionals, but will accept students if willing to pay they're share of council tax (which is around £45). There is no internet connections, we use our own internet sticks. its a non smoking house, all smokers are to smoke in the garden.

It is a three bedroom house in centre guildford, just off of Stoke road,( just opposite the stoke pub, which is handy!) The share will be with two female proffesionals, late twentys. Looking for a fun, sociable, but most imortantly clean and tidy.. :) new house mate.

Just a warning... walls are quite thin, and we tend to work funny shifts, (working in retail and bar..!) so need to be open to some noise, although dont let this put you off as we make an effort to be as quite as possible.
