This position has become available in a beautiful AA4* Country Hotel set in the heart of the forest. You will need experience in Hotels and have the relevent qualifications. Duties to include the running and maintaining of the Kitchens to the high standards set out by the Elite Hotel Group. You will be responsible for Banqueting, the Restaurant(120 covers), and the soon to opened Brasserie.
