We have a 3 year old, 2 bedroomed H/A house with RTB in Stratford upon Avon. It has a living room with doors that open onto a small but adequate garden, which has rear access. A kitchen/diner with fitted cupboards, and is reasonably large. Downstairs toilet. Large cupboard area for storage. Upstairs has 2 good sized bedrooms, bathroom, and large airing cupboard. There is an attic. A parking bay is at the front of the house. The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac. It's a 10 minute walk into Stratford town centre, although there is also a very frequent bus service.
We are looking to exchange to Farnham, Surrey or immediate surrounding areas. We would ideally like an older style 2/3 bed house with a garden.
