A Deloitte Fast 50 Winner, Rocket UK has been successfully providing outsourced telephony services and leading edge business phone solutions to businesses across the UK and Europe for over ten years. Due to recent expansion it now seeks a friendly ambitious individual to join their technical support team.

You will be responsible for assisting call centre operators and general employees with all computer related problems; installing software; cabling; ordering new computer software; dealing with email problems; and obtaining technical support from IT suppliers.

The successful candidate should be educated to A’level standard and have good command of Windows, HTML and Javascript. Full training on all other aspects of the job will be given. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is full of initiative and good ideas.
