I am looking for a home swap in Guilford as I am a student who is starting a peforming arts school in Guilford and need to live locally as I live in London. In return I would provide rent in my family home in London, Balham. You would get a big bedroom which is nicely furnished with a double bed. There is a garden and easy access to transport such as buses, trains and tubes which are of a 5 minute walking distance and roughly 20 minutes from the centre of London. There are parking facilities in my road of which a parking permitt would be required, but there is free parking after 6pm and before 8 am and a parking area on the common for free. I live in a family of 4 where I have a brother of 21 who lives away from home and a sister of 14 who is at bording school. I require someone who is looking for home swap in the week and not weekends.
