This hotel is a luxury five star property in the heart of Mayfair currently have a vacancy for a Director of Reservations who can add real value to our reservations process.
The successful candidate will take the lead and give direction to the way that my client handles bedroom reservations. You will put together procedures and working methods in line with continued growth within the five star luxury market.
You will have the confidence and ability to interact with senior managers and company directors on all aspects of the reservations process and have an in-depth working knowledge of all areas of the PMS, GDS, 3rd party websites etc.
To take this role and the Hotel forward you must have the ability to set the agenda for progress and the man-management skills to develop the team to deliver an improved guest experience.
