Double Room in lovely shared house Blackwater nr. Camberley (£320 pcm)
Double room available to rent in a lovely house sharing with 1 male & 1 female aged 23-27. The house is furnished and has been recently decorated. There are 3 bedrooms split over 3 floors, 2 bathrooms (1 shared) and a separate toilet on the ground floor, along with a spacious kitchen and large living room with dining area. There is a garden with a small lawn and large area of decking – low maintenance and great for BBQs in the summer.
We’re located less than 5 minutes walk from Blackwater train station, 17-20 mins from either Guildford or Reading and the local bus also stops close to the house. We’re only about 2-2.5km from Camberley town centre; close enough to walk or cycle if don’t mind some gentle exercise.
There are 2 small supermarkets within 5 minutes walk, along with a post office, bank and off license, as well as a HUGE Tescos and M&S approximately 10 minutes walk or a short drive away, plus Homebase & DIY stores etc. There are 2 pubs within 3 minutes of the house, with pool tables, sky sports, a nice selection of beers & occasional live music.
We're looking for a sharer to move in from the end of October; a professional in their twenties or early thirties who is friendly and easy going who we can share a beer/wine with or perhaps socialize with a bit outside of the house from time to time.
We're usually pretty busy during the week but always like to catch up when we get home after work and perhaps sit down together to watch a film or football or nip to the local for a pint or two. We’re a lively pair but neither of us are party animals so we'd be looking for a considerate housemate who may like the odd night out on the lash, just not all the time - we all need to be able to get up in morning!
The double bedroom is located on the first floor and contains a double bed with built-in storage underneath and a bedside table & lamp and has a tv point. Although the room is not massive, there is sufficient space to add a wardrobe and small set of drawers/bookcase etc. You would have shared use of a large bathroom containing a bath and shower unit as well as the obvious toilet, sink, bathroom cabinet etc. You would also have access to one of 2 private car parking spaces allocated to the property if needed.
The monthly rent is £320 not including bills (bills inc. council tax, gas, electricity, broadband (wireless) & cable TV, etc come to around £100 per month each when split three ways). We split the cost of necessities such as bin liners, cleaning products, toilet paper etc.
There’s a standard tenancy agreement – no hidden clauses just no smoking indoors, no pets & don’t trash the place or sell the contents.
