Large double room in house share, close to station (£380 pcm)
Hello,
We are a friendly mixed house share of 4 people (2 girls and 2 guys) and we are looking for a professional non smoking male/female to move into one of the rooms that our one of our previous house mate will vacate on the 19th of November 2009, and another house mate who will vacate the room on the 1st of December
We all like going out, cinema etc, and we are looking for someone who will fit into the house well.
The house is really close to the train station and not far at all (5 min walk) from the Surrey Research Park.
Shared Kitchen (with fitted dishwasher and washing machine), Shared Lounge. There is a parking space available.
The price is without council tax or bills.
Bills will include: Water, Electric & Gas, Virgin TV and TV Licence
