Brand new pub requires a Head Chef to help lead the team and develop the food offer

The pub is new and the team is bonding. The kitchen needs an experianced Head Chef to help the reputation of the pub, maintain the standards that are expected of a new venue and inovate and develop the food offer. The menu will change every four weeks and everything is made fresh on site, even the bread. You will need to have superb experiances, but be straight forward with no pretence.

You will be a strong and experienced Head Chef, preferably from a pub background, you will be excited by working with fresh food and be able to demonstrate that you can work effectively under pressure. You will be ambitious within the industry and want to make an impression. Rosette experiance is not required but an understanding of that level of food would be an advantage.

In return the pub is able to offer a competitive salary of between £25-28k for the right person and free good quality live in accommodation. There may also be the opportunity for development through the group.
