I have a few pets - three lively dogs (mostly collie!); two cats with "issues", and 12 bantam chickens.
I imagine a retired man, or perhaps a couple, would suit the job best....You would need to be a driver.
I need someone to stay here for holidays when I am away (not usually more than 2 weeks) and also for an hour or two when I have a day out.
I'd like to find someone local (East Horsley,leatherhead, Guildford, Woking, Dorking) and flexible who can offer back up to me as a single pet owner!
I live in an idyllic location in the woods - most would adore it, but its not for the faint hearted or a habitual city dweller........For me, I feel safer here than in a town or city.
The right person would really enjoy this job and location.
I have had two loyal sitters in the last 17 years. The first is very old now and living with his daughter up North. The second died unexpectedly recently from a heart attack. We are bereft and I need some help.
The 1st job would be in October for one week. Then between 5 and 10 days in November.
I currently have a charming and slightly demanding cockatoo but he may not be here for sitting.
I adore my pets and really want to be able not to worry when I am away.
I need reasonable rates too.
