Based in the heart of London my client is looking ot recruit a seasoned Change Manager. Working within the Financial Services market you will have experience of:

Solid change management and communications experience in a complex business environment that includes large global projects of strategic importance.
Experience of delivering change on a global basis.
Experience and expertise in a range of change methodologies, theoretical frameworks and in process facilitation and consultancy
Experience of working with a range of key life insurance business teams (Finance, Actuarial, IT, Business Change, Investor Relations)
Experienced in engaging with senior stakeholders

You will be a:

Strategic and systemic thinker
Analytical thinker
Change Manager who can understand and anticipate the need for change and build frameworks to plan and manage the continuous process of change.
Imaginative/creative thinker - able to transform creative ideas into practical reality, looking at existing situations and problems in novel ways and come up with creative solutions.
