I am a 31 year old secondary school drama teacher and I have a lovely newly carpeted two-bedroom house in a quiet area of Cove. 5 minutes drive to Farnborough and Fleet for trains, shopping, nightlife and 2 minutes drive to M3. Newly painted and decorated room fully furnished. Broadband in the room. Lovely garden front and back with decking, off-street parking. Rent includes all bills. Use of landline not permitted. Shared bathroom with an additional toilet downstairs. I am looking for a fun, relaxed, clean, sociable housemate to go down the pub with on a Friday night, male or female- preferably 25 years of age and upwards, non-smoker. I have a hamster called Whisky and a piano in the living room for the more musical! And I'm half-Italian so the odd pasta evenings with some fine wine are a must!
