The Company:
Our client is a globally known pharmaceutical company with customers all over the world, whose headquarters are based in Surrey. The company are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative with French.
The Role:
The Customer Service Administrator with French will focus on the relevant European market. Main duties are:
- Accurate, professional, ethical and excellent management of all client telephone, email and fax orders and queries;
- Prioritisation and balancing of customer service with sound commercial acumen
- Responsibility for delivery of sales and growth targets within agreed territories, identifying and maximising business opportunities;
- Deliver a seamless, professional and efficient service to customers;
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and quality guidelines;
- Develop great customer relationships and promote the service proposition;
- Innovative contributions to team incentives and customer excellence
Candidate Profile:
The Customer Service Administrator should be fluent in French. You must have:
- Proven experience of success in a sales/account management environment
- Proven delivery of exceptional customer service - going the extra mile
- Excellent communication skills both internally and with customers
- Cross functional effectiveness
- Sense of urgency, pressure and professionalism
- Professional and a very customer focused approach both in resolution of queries and on the telephone
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and organisation skills
- Intermediate MS Office skills
