Parkour, in a nutshell, is the art of traversing obstacles.
You may have seen it on TV in the form of adverts, programs such as The Bill, or in film-form.

I have been doing Parkour for around six years now and have been teaching it in the form of personal tuition, and once to groups of 25 kids at their school in Richmond in february, over the past 8 months.

I train you out on the street around the best PK spots I know, doing it with you and demonstrating everything, carefully examining your technique to improve it and rectify problems.


People tend to find it hard to get the confidence when starting Parkour as a beginner. Through my sessions I offer all the experience I have gained through years of learning Parkour by myself and thus learning from many mistakes.
I love to teach, and enjoy the challenge of communicating effectively.

My sessions are completely relaxed and low-key. I have become experienced at tailoring my teaching to individual people's abilities.
Sessions can be as long or as short as you like.

I recommend training with me in Guildford as I know the area inside out, but I have traveled out to people's own areas in the past.

All you need is running shoes along the lines of Asics Gels, Decathlon Kalenjis, Nike Darts... (anything cushiony and with support).

I ask for £5 / hour (or whatever adds up most conveniently by the end).

If you are female, don't worry, you are not alone in your interest in Parkour - nearly half of those I have taught have been female.
If you are the guardian or parent of a child who would like training from me then feel free to talk to me about it; I have trained minors before. As long as he / she is over 12 I would be confident with that. I am CRB-checked / documented for working with children.
