I have a small spare room in a 4-bedroom house which is normally occupied by three other sharers in the main 3 bedrooms. The spare single bedroom I use during the day as a study. Please note that this is not a large room – it’s only 10’ x 6’ approx.

For a discounted rate of £250pcm and a contribution towards bills I’d be willing to let you use this as somewhere to crash during the week. All I want is somewhere to lock away my files and laptop, for use when you’re not there.

Single bed, small wardrobe, cupboards and shelving provided. All other facilities shared with the others: Kitchen (with all mod cons), bathroom, living room, downstairs lobby/bathroom, garden. All utilities, including TV and broadband.

The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac location, close to Guildford town centre (half a mile), mainline station (7 mins walk) and local shops (3 mins walk). Free parking available, with easy access onto the A3 and A31.
