Room is large, bright, and airy with a double bed, desk, cabinet and chest of drawers. The rest of the house is clean, spacious and modern and featuring two bathrooms & a large kitchen area.

The back garden is excellent for gatherings/parties or relaxing times - with large glass doors leading on to decking, a bbq and further down the garden are two fish ponds and a further seating area with outdoor lighting and a fire pit!

The house mates are three South Africans: two girls (21 & 23) and a male (27). All house mates are friendly and quiet but are always up for a bbq etc.

The rent is £100 per week plus £42.50 bills (including Sky telly in the living room), the room is available from 1st September but if needed earlier this might be possible.
