Recruitment Consultant/Senior Recruitment Consultant – Oil and Gas – Warm desk
My client is looking for an additional Recruitment Consultant/Senior Recruitment Consultant to support ambitious plans for expansion at its Surrey office. The successful applicant will specialise in arranging placements for permanent and freelance oil and gas staff. Candidates must:
* Have direct agency experience of placing oil and gas staff .
* Demonstrate a self-motivated, energetic and highly customer-focused attitude to work
* Be hungry for success in a highly competitive sales environment
* Have an outgoing, enthusiastic personality with an excellent telephone manner
* Be able to work happily with PCs and to cope with the demands of accurate data entry and maintenance, and be reasonably familiar with standard MS Office applications
