The house is in Pentreath Avenue, a quiet cul-de-sac close to the university and town centre. It has recently been totally modernised and furnished to a high standard and has a really nice garden.

You will be sharing the house with me, who works in Guildford, and my girlfriend stays one or two nights a week.

Rent is £420 including bills, council tax, all landline phone calls and internet access in your room.
