NEEMA PAULS LIMITED is a family run property management and letting business specialising in own and third party property management and lettings. A recent vacant has arisen in Camberley for a part-time contract employee.
The Role

The successful candidate will have responsibility to competently deal with the full lettings process from viewing to move in. Therefore, the scope of this challenging and exciting role will involve but be far from limited to the following:

-Overseeing the lettings department mainly in Camberley area.
-Making efforts to maximise the rental income on properties.
-Devising and implementing marketing plans and strategies to attract new tenants.
-Ensuring that void periods are anticipated and minimised.
-Handling enquiries from prospective tenants in a professional manner, registering applicants, coordinating viewings and negotiating with tenants.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate for this position will be a self starter, dynamic individual who is looking for a part time but challenging and fulfilling role. NEEMA PAULS needs a hands-on and conscientious individual who is capable of handling the lettings and property management activities of a portfolio. This role is best suited to a person who thrives on challenges, is capable of visualising and executing ideas, and is committed to achieving set objectives
