The Company:

Our client, a leading company in the outsourcing industry, is currently recruiting for fluent speakers of Italian to work as inbound customer service representatives on behalf of one of their major international clients.

The Role:

The role will involve providing the first point of customer contact regarding technical products including TVs, DVD players and other products within the range.
The successful candidate will respond to a high volume of incoming technical queries (full training provided) in order to deliver a high standard of customer satisfaction and query resolution.

Candidate Profile:

Successful applicants must be fluent in Italian, with a good standard of verbal and written communication skills.
Good general PC and keyboarding skills are essential for the role, including familiarity with MS Office and internet browser platforms.
Candidates must be diligent and team focused, with a strong customer focus and passion for delivering excellent service.
