We are a 5* Hotel in Surrey, within easy reach of Central London and we currently require an experienced Head Bartender.

The ideal Head Bartender will have:

Hotel & Catering qualification
Experience within quality Restaurants and Hotels
Well educated, good customer service skills and presentable
Excellent communication skills and able to deal with an International and up market clientèle is essential

In return we will offer:

A basic salary of £17,500 per year for a live in position and you will also receive - Service charge of £2,000/2,500 per year, plus cash tips
£25.20 charge for accommodation (please note that £25.20 fee will also include free meals, uniform, laundry, water, electricity, gas, TV licence)
