Service Consultant Public Sector
Service Consultant - Public Sector - Surrey - £40-50k
A Service Consultant with strong public sector experience is required. You will have a consulting background together with a technical appreciation and a good grounding in systems and development. Strong customer facing skills are also essential as you need to be experienced in working with customers to understand their challenges and suggest solutions.
You will:
- Capture, analyse and interpret / translate business requirements into an IT solution design working in partnership with the technical development team members.
- Work in an Agile fashion facilitating client facing workshops and working closely with technical development teams.
- Support the pre-sales bid process in terms of constructing IT solution propositions in response to client requirements.
- Work closely with the Analysts / Developers to ensure requirements are correctly transferred into systems Solutions
You must have strong knowledge of either Central Government, Emergency Services or Criminal Justice sectors. You will also have expert knowledge of a variety of analytical methods utilised for Business Process Improvement, Benefits Realisation and Solution Requirements Capture and Design with the ability to leverage these skills for the benefit of the Company and their clients.
Security Clearance would be an advantage.
