Hi,
we have a good sized bright double room in a brand new 3 bed flat, right in the town centre of Guildford. The station is 7 min walk, High Street is 3 minutes walk.
The flat is carpeted throughout, it is kept clean and tidy. The room has a build in closet, a double bed and a bedside table, and a desk with chair. We are looking for a mature student or a profesionnal person. Single occupancy only, but friends and partners are welcome once in a while.
You will be sharing with a couple in their late 20s and a single male in his mid 20s. We are all working and travelling quite a lot for work and holidays. We are all from abroad and have family and friends visiting from time to time, although in winter that should be almost never.
The rent is £495 pcm, which includes ALL of the bills (i.e. water, elec, TV licence, flat maintenance, council tax & wireless broadband).
No smokers, pets or DSS sorry. Available from the 1st of December
