Friendly drum class taught by a professional facilitator. We provide the drums and the expertise to provide you with a night of stress busting fun.

Beginners are welcome and this mixed ability class is styled to integrate different levels of skill. Djembes are easy to learn and you don't need any special musical ability to join in.

The aim is to have fun whilst learning a new skill. Research has shown it improves brain function as you use both hands and a non verbal part of the brain to coordinate the rhythm. So its not only fun it does you good as well!

It doesn't matter if you are 17 or 70 come along to our weekly class.
