Customer Service and Administration officer required for Training Provider
My Client a national training organisation providing supportive training to the long term unemployed is looking for an experienced Customer Services officer to join their team in Chertsey, Surrey. This is a full time permanent position paying up to £19000 per annum with an excellent performance based Bonus Structure and benefits!
You will be the initial point of contact for all stakeholders who contact or visit the organisation. If you have a strong customer service/ administration background in a government funded training organisation then we would like to hear from you.
Duties will include:
• Telephone and Reception duties.
• Administration of the Quality Management System.
• Data Input of various databases.
• Mail duties.
• Staff administration support.
You will need to have:
• NVQ level 2 Administration or an equivalent to GCSE standard administrative or secretarial.
• Good IT Skills
• Good Problem solving skills
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
