We run beginners intermediates and advanced-intrmediates group courses costs for just £60 (per course) which includes and including certificate and photos, in addition we provide optional DVD filming, Pole Panthers tops and credit vouchers. Pole dancing is a fun and sexy way to keep in shape this summer and become more confident in yourself! Everyone is welcome, don't be shy! We are certain you will love our freindly team and classes.

**Pole Dancing -Private classes**
We also offer private one to one tuition at £30.00 for 1 hour on
Saturdays Sundays or by arrangement, (we cover alot of moves and 'tricks’- ideal as a refresher for experienced polers too).

** Saturday Pole Fit class **
On Saturdays we run a Pole Fit class, which comprises 45 mins of training to improve core strength, flexibility, toning and balance, followed by 45 mins of Pole Dancing Workshop, targeting technique and specific tricks on an invididual basis. This drop in class is just £10.00 for 95min session (1 and a 1/2 hour).
