After a hugely successful couple of months of filling 4 & 5 bed properties, we are now in short supply, however, we have many groups hoping to find somewhere for their next academic year.

We charge a one off fee only for finding tenants, never more than £650. We conduct all viewings and thoroughly reference all applicants.
