You will receive an initial consultation, free if you book in the next 7 days, where your nutrition and exercise goals can be evalualted to formulate a programme specific for you. Not only will you receive 1-1 Personal Training, but you will also receive a programme of exercise and nutrition which is updated weekly to get you to where you want to be. The PT is varied, and can include running, circuit training, boxing, kettlebells, core stability and much more; it totally depends on you and your goals.
