We've got two double rooms available from 20th November (date negotiable). I've bought a flat and my flatmate's got a new job out of the county leaving one friendly laid back male professional. Perfect for two friends or someone moving to the area wanting to meet new people.
Both rooms are unfurnished although i'm selling my bed etc..
One room is pretty large with its own walk-in wardrobe and TV point. This is £377.67pcm not including bills
The second room is smaller with laminate floor and built-in cupboard. This one is £355.67pcm not including bills.
Both rooms share a clean bathroom as the remaining flatmate has his own ensuite.
The living/dining room stretches the length of the house and is dual aspect making it very light- and good for having friends round.
Parking is available outside the house which is a 5 minute walk from Woking town and rail. It's great for the M25, M3, A3, Guildford and Heathrow airport.
There is also a pretty communal garden- great for BBQ's in the summer!
