Mainly to provide clinical co-ordination and leadership to the hospital out of hours under the supervision and guidance of the on-call Manager.
Provide clinical leadership surervision support to Staff nurses and support workers to develop and implement individualised Care Plans for patients.
To act as a Primary Nurse.
