1 day Golf Psychology Workshop Saturday 3rd October 2009
Hello, my name is Colin Cromack. I am a Golf Performance Coach.
I have developed and published an independent, applied golfing theory on DVD called Target Oriented Golf. My work is applicable to all standards of golfer. The better your technical skills, the more critical these skills are to your consistency.
I specialise in helping people understand why, where, when and how to guide their attention focus throughout the pre-shot, transition and post-shot routines.
I am running 1 day workshops at the Cornerstone Community Centre in Wokingham over the coming months. They will teach you not only how to play your best golf but show how to use the skills in any situation in which you need to focus the mind in order to perform.
I do not teach technique, NLP, analyse personalities or offer hypnosis. I teach metacognition or awareness of mind and I coach golf routines in logical, human terms and if you would like to know more about my work, please listen to a 1 hour introductory podcast at my website, where the workshop brochure can be also found: http://www.targetorientedgolf.com/securepodcast.htm (userid = meetup, password = togpod)
To reserve your seat at a workshop, please email me or call the mobile on the workshop brochure. My work will change your golfing life for the better.
I hope to meet with you in the not too distant future. Sceptics and enquiring minds are most welcome, if not compulsory,
Colin,
Target Oriented Golf.
Testimonials from previous workshops in Australia:
Colin Cromack's outstanding workshop on 'Getting in the Zone' helps athletes and coaches understand how to improve their performance through developing attentional focus and anxiety management skills. Colin's session was a highlight of this year's conference and had participants wanting more...
Jeff Hodges, Director of Sportsmind NLP Institute.
"Course was great - all sessions were great - I haven't stopped telling everyone I know about it, "getting in the zone" etc..."
Spiro Anemogiannis, Managing Director, Informa Australia
More great feedback from a teenage UK talent discovering his mind:
"Hi Colin Ive just come home from my club championship and I won by 6 shots! (2 rounds of golf) I must say I genuinley owe it to you 100% as I have found an awareness that I never had before!
I shot 67 in my 1st round, 4 birdies and an eagle, and 75 in my second round (maybe just a coincidence but exacly the same scoreas the man who shot an 88 then 75 on your website, I was 1 under through 9, then got ahead of myself, and took an unncessesary risk which cost me an 8!)
I will definately look into coming to a workshop as today has proved to me (if I needed any more!) that TOG is incredibly important, well, the most important aspect of good golf. The strange thing is that it doesnt feel like I struck the ball particurlaly well, but just seemed to get the job done.
I hope to meet you sometime in the near future and discover more! Cheers, Sam (Hainsworth Park club champion!) "
