Modern and stylish beach front café / restaurant with rosette aspirations in West Sussex requires a restaurant manager.

The restaurant is run to a very high standard and is very busy, with up to 200 covers per day, with guest expecting good, friendly, efficient service. The food is of a rosette standard, although thee company currently has no interest in going for any awards.

You will have a strong London background and have worked in busy restaurants. You will need to be a people person, be able to interact easily with customers and staff alike and be able to run the floor without any supervision.

In return the café / restaurant are able to offer up to £21k depending on experience, and will be able to help you relocate to the area as well.
