Sous Chef required for a well known and very successful Gastro Group


The food offering is Modern European using 95% fresh produce, with the core of the menu being branded, however you will still have full input on specials and presentation of dishes and should your ideas be strong enough they will almost certainly find themselves on the main menu.

This is a very exciting time to join a great group who are looking for Head Chefs of the future.

To be successful you will

• Be either an established Sous Chef looking for a new challenge or direction within the casual dining scene or a strong Chef de Partie looking for the step up into a more managerial role.
• Be able to demonstrate a strong and stable background with a great working attitude
• Have fresh produce and high volume experience
• Some Gastro / casual dining experience preferred although not essential
• Be a good communicator and leader as you will be working within brigades of 8+

In return you will be offered

• An attractive basic salary of £18,000 – 22,000
• Tips of up to £4000 per annum
• Accommodation if required
• Excellent career / promotional prospects

This Group are also looking for relief Chefs that will work across their sites to support the existing teams
