My current house mate is moving on so a double room in house share will be available.

The actual available date is flexible/negotiable around 01/07 - 14/07.

Large house technically 2 or 3 bedrooms, large enough but would probably struggle with three people so 3rd is used as spare/storage room.

Off street parking/driveway available plus street permit scheme £35 per year if you've got other vehicles.

Nice area, 10/15 minutes walk to train station and town centre.

£425 is rent per person per month. To give you an idea Me and friend/housemate who's moving on, have lived here over a year and have worked out approximately £550 per person per month all bills, council tax, water, electric, gas, tv, internet/phoneline.
