Onsite Recruitment Account Manager (up to 24k starting base + bonus)

This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly growing national recruitment business with large blue chip clients across the UK. We are a specialist managed onsite services company that provide a full recruitment and performance management service to our clients.

We are looking for an onsite manager that will be based onsite with our client and will manage a team of shopfloor supervisors and a small administration team. This is a large scale warehouse operation supplying national retail chains.

Previous experience in high volume interviewing and managing a team will be a distinct advantage. This role would suit an experienced account manager or a recruiter / co-ordinator looking to take their career to the next level.

Due to the variable nature of onsite business and short-term peaks in the business, a person willing to work flexible hours and maintain constant availability for client calls is essential. Some weekend flexibility will be required in peak periods.

Must have own transport. Polish speaking candidates would be an advantage. Comfort working with excel spreadsheets is a minimum requirement. Ability to demonstrate previous experience in managing people or making performance improvements would be a distinct advantage.
