We are a house proud, professional married couple looking for a house to rent, long term, preferably in Godalming with a pet friendly landlord.

Would consider Guildford if it was walking distance to town centre.

We have 2 small dogs (nearly 3 years old) that are very friendly, do not persistantly bark and are house trained.


We are looking for at least a years tenancy to commence around the last week of January, and are looking for at least 2 double bedrooms, unfurnished but with kitchen appliances, somewhere to park the car and walking distance to the mainline station and town centre.

Obviously a garden is a must!.

A home with some character or cottagey feel would be an added bonus!

We are looking for a rental of up to £950 a month for the right property.
